Massage can help you maintain your physical, mental and emotional well being, especially when it is part of your regular wellness routine.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
The purpose of Deep Tissue Massage is to “unstick” muscle fibers while releasing deeply-held patterns of tension, removing toxins, relaxing and soothing the muscle. Using slow focused strokes your therapist will break up adhesions and help tense muscles relax. Deep Tissue Massage is used to treat a variety of injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome, golfer’s elbow, tennis elbow, torn rotator cuff, shin splints, plantar fasciitis, and iliotibial band syndrome (“runners knee”).
